Prawns Roast

- 8 chillies- finely chopped (I prefer a bit spicy so added 8 slit green chillies. You can according to your spice level)
- 1 big ginger-chopped Julienne size
- 1 medium onion- finely chopped
- Curry leaves (appropriate quantity)
- 2 tspn-Chilly powder
- ½ teaspoon-Turmeric powder
First just cook the prawns separately
- Rinse the prawns in running water.
- Take some water in a pan, add half amount of turmeric, chilly powder, chopped ginger & chillies, salt. Save the other half for frying the prawns.
- Add prawns and cook well with the stock.
Frying the Prawns
- Oil in a pan.
- Add some chopped ginger, onions, green chillies, curry leaves and stir.
- Then add chilly and turmeric powder.
- Add cooked prawn to the pan and roast till the stock evaporates and becomes a thick gravy.
- Garnish with curry leaves (Optional)
Note: You can make it semi gravy by keeping the stock without drying it out.
